We're challenging brands to put their 💵 where their 👄 is.
The Pride movement and the Pride season has gone from something 'brands would rather not touch upon' to a key moment on the calendars of brands.
Whether it's a rainbow on a sneaker or on a bottle of vodka, Pride has become hard to miss. This Funraiser came to life when we realised that all of the above was often all brands were doing. As with any form of appropriation, important elements of (gay) culture were used without anything in return.
As an advertising agency, we want to use our key position in communicating with brands to educate them and to help them make better decisions. We don't think brands shouldn't express their support for the LGBTQ+ community, but we want to challenge them to contribute something to that same community. That's why we launched the Funraiser: a fundraiser that exchanges Pride content for donations to LGBTQ+ charities, and educates brands on how to create a more inclusive workplace.

Let's do it again!
From the 24th of June until the 31st of July, Boomerang HQ turns into the Funraiser HQ. We’ll be asking all of our clients (AND non-clients) to participate. From big corporations to local shops; anybody can make a difference.
Do you want to show your support for LGBTQ+ community? Let us help you with that! From social post(s) to activations and everything in between; we’ll be working around the clock to make as much Pride
related content as possible. In return, we kindly ask you to donate to our Funraiser Fund. 100% of the money we raise during the Funraiser will go directly to people and / or foundations who are dedicating their time to make this world a better place. All participating brands will also receive an information package on how to make their workplace more Fun for everyone!
